I've often felt stressed because I must study hard to university. At that time I feel tired, boring, sad and very sleepy. But I think that we can control stress and for this reason I breathe heavily and say "I can". Then I try to share more with my friends, I laugh and I enjoy my family and my boyfriend and I'm happy again.
